Castalloy Group is a leading producer of high alloy castings, specializing in abrasion, corrosion, and heat resistant commercial castings. With over 30 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering the highest quality castings in the industry. In addition to our casting expertise, we offer a range of services to meet our customers' needs.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced engineering design capabilities, non-destructive testing, machining, fabrication, and assembly services. Our capabilities include casting weights ranging from ounces to 500 lbs. We have multiple induction furnaces with a combined melt capacity of up to 3,000 pounds.
Our molding capacity includes a variety of machines, such as shell molding and airset molding systems. We also have core making capabilities and a quality assurance department equipped with spectroscopy and metallographic testing.
