Gilles Castel is a brand that offers a unique and efficient system for managing research workflow in the field of pure mathematics. With a focus on PhD research, Gilles Castel provides a comprehensive solution for note-taking, reference management, and document organization. For note-taking, Gilles Castel offers both handwritten and LaTeX options.

Handwritten notes provide the freedom to think creatively, while LaTeX notes ensure neatness and error-free documentation. The LaTeX notes are automatically concatenated and include the date of each note, along with clickable links to the handwritten notes of that day. Gilles Castel's reference management system is minimalistic and hassle-free.

With a single keystroke, researchers can add references to their notes while reading PDF documents or browsing the Arxiv. These references are instantly clickable, allowing researchers to quickly navigate back to specific pages or concepts. Adding new papers to the library is made simple with Gilles Castel's browser userscript, which enables one-click downloading and integration with the research library.

With Gilles Castel, researchers in pure mathematics can streamline their workflow and focus on the essence of their research, knowing that their notes, references, and documents are well-organized and easily accessible
