T Learning Solutions is a UK training organisation dedicated to improving mental health and helping communities become safer from suicide. Led by Katie Marlow and supported by experienced, highly qualified associates, CAST provides learning solutions for organisations and individuals, with courses available online, virtually and face to face. Its training aims to build learners’ confidence, knowledge and skills in mental health, suicide prevention and safeguarding, and can be tailored to specific workforce needs.
Offerings include Mental Health First Aid courses for adults and young people, ASIST, Suicide First Aid and suicide awareness training, safeguarding courses, workshops and Train the Trainer programmes. CAST also develops bespoke training, including workforce development on subjects such as parent-infant relationships, perinatal mental health and the first 1,001 days. The organisation works with public, education and community-sector clients and maintains partnerships with specialist organisations, including Mental Health First Aid England and LivingWorks Education.
