We are a regional foundation based in Belgrade dedicated to developing and transforming philanthropy in the countries of the Western Balkans. With constant crises – pandemics, wars, financial collapses – kindness, support, and philanthropy are needed more than ever. Especially at the local and community level. But we need to do it smarter, with data-driven and digital approaches. Our mission is to empower people and organizations to engage and support each other in creating good in their communities. That's why we're creating an ecosystem of philanthropy tools, education, and a community of changemakers and fundraisers.

About Catalyst Balkans
Catalyst Balkans is a brand that focuses on providing knowledge and data on philanthropy in the Western Balkans. They celebrate and highlight the everyday acts of philanthropy happening in the region, as individuals and businesses work to transform their communities. Catalyst Balkans offers various products and services to support and empower nonprofits and individuals engaged in philanthropy.
They are soon launching Tools for Nonprofits, a comprehensive solution that helps organizations explore new opportunities for growth, engage better with their communities, organize their work efficiently, and kick-start fundraising campaigns. Additionally, Catalyst Balkans provides the Giving Balkans Database, a unique database that offers visualized reports on giving in the Western Balkans, enabling organizations to gain a better understanding of the philanthropic landscape and make better plans. They also offer the CiviCatalyst CRM platform, specifically designed for Serbian nonprofits, making contact management, event organization, and newsletters easier.
Furthermore, Catalyst Balkans has developed the Donacije Crowdfunding platform, which allows individuals and organizations in Serbia to share their stories and receive support for their causes through online and text message crowdfunding. With a focus on collaboration and information sharing, Catalyst Balkans invites individuals and organizations to join forces in making a difference in their communities. They foster connections, provide resources, and support the philanthropic efforts of their partners
