Caterpillar Rising

Caterpillar Rising is a women-focused community dedicated to helping people move from surviving adversity to building lives in which they can thrive. Founded by Jamaine, the organization offers a nurturing space for learning, healing and personal growth, bringing women together to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges and explore what they are capable of. Its approach combines education, coaching, practical tools and peer support, with an emphasis on understanding how the brain and body work and applying that knowledge in everyday life.

Caterpillar Rising provides specialized workshops and courses covering topics such as ADHD, mental health and domestic abuse, alongside resources designed to support women through different stages of their journeys. Its free materials include guides, worksheets and other encouragement, while its blog shares additional content. The community is presented as more than a support group: it aims to help women build confidence, develop useful skills and support one another’s progress. Through shared experience and accessible learning, Caterpillar Rising encourages women to heal, grow and rise together.
