The Catholic Medical Association (CMA) is a physician-led community and the largest association of Catholic individuals in healthcare. Working nationally and through local guilds, it supports members seeking to practice medicine in keeping with Catholic principles and the example of Jesus Christ. The association advocates for conscience rights in public policy and the courts, and provides resources for Catholic healthcare professionals, students, residents, and others in the medical community.

CMA’s offerings include a Catholic physician and advanced practice professional directory, a Catholic Medical Conscience App, advocacy resources, and educational publications such as The Linacre Quarterly and The Pulse. Members can participate in committees, guilds, student chapters, prayer groups, and medical missions. The association also hosts events, including its Annual Educational Conference, a formation and mentoring boot camp for medical students and residents, and leadership training.
