So, what do we do? In our Individual Workshops, we encourage self-doubt and questioning. We engage in a creative process to reflect on the roles we play and our relationships in life. Within the sacredness of play and art, we explore who we are and investigate our repertoire.

Through our Corporate Workshops, we aim to make workplaces more mindful of the well-being of their employees and the system as a whole. We establish and implement systems that prioritize holistic well-being while recognizing the impact of team harmony on organizational culture. Additionally, our Meeting with Masters project focuses on enhancing the professional skills of mental health professionals.

It brings together academicians and therapists who are knowledgeable in the field, fostering a space where participants can activate their creativity. Çatı Atölye believes that art is an intermediary space where unresolved conflicts can be revisited. Through interpretation of the creative process, individuals activate their own knowledge and understanding.

Key concepts like Psychodrama, Psychoanalysis, and findings from Neuroscience are explored during our workshops.
