Catrin Abt

Catrin Abt offers holistic female empowerment through coaching and process support for women seeking to understand themselves and make changes in their lives. Her approach combines somatic-integrative coaching with methods from systemic counselling, including genogram and constellation work, to explore family and transgenerational themes.
