Champagne Cattier is a family Champagne house based in Chigny-les-Roses, in the Montagne de Reims region of France. The Cattier family’s connection to local vineyards dates back to 1625, and the house presents respect for the land as central to its winemaking philosophy. It has cultivated 33 hectares using eco-responsible practices for more than 20 years and describes itself as an early adopter of sustainable viticulture in Champagne.
