Caviar Julian

Caviar Julian is a specialist caviar brand founded by seafood professional Julian Pryke, whose experience spans sourcing and selling fish and shellfish, serving caviar at distinguished London venues, and publishing international seafood magazines. The brand offers a carefully selected range of caviar chosen for quality, value and provenance, including Oscietra, with its balanced, gently nutty flavour, and Kaluga, known for larger grains and a richer, buttery character. Products are available in several tin sizes, with guidance to help customers choose varieties, portions and serving styles.

Responsible sourcing and confidence in authenticity are central to Caviar Julian’s approach. Its caviar comes from responsible aquaculture, complies with international CITES regulations, and is independently DNA tested to help verify species and source. The brand also provides advice on serving, pairings and storage. Orders are packed with chilled gel packs and reusable, recyclable and compostable sheep’s wool insulation to maintain temperature, with next-day delivery available to most mainland UK addresses. Customers can contact Julian directly for personal assistance.
