About CAWU
CAWU is an Egyptian NGO that is dedicated to promoting dialogue and fostering understanding between Christian and Muslim communities in Egypt, the Arab World, and the West. This organization, run entirely by volunteers, works towards their goal by providing accurate and reliable information through their electronic magazine, Arab West Report. They aim to improve the public's understanding of Muslim-Christian relations in Egypt and the Middle East, as well as enhance the understanding of the contemporary Islamic World in non-Muslim countries and other cultures in Egypt.
CAWU also encourages accurate reporting and analysis of cultural, religious, and civil society interactions between the Arab-West. Additionally, their internship programs enable individuals from Egypt and around the world to contribute to CAWU's operations and publications. Thanks to the support from Egyptian and foreign dignitaries and organizations, CAWU has been able to continue their important work since their establishment in 1997
