Pediatrics at Cayden’s Corner (PCC) is a mobile pediatric medical practice serving families in Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, and Lutz, Florida. Its self-pay, direct primary care model brings pediatric care to patients’ homes, offering a convenient setting for medical visits. The practice was founded by Julianna Osborne, a pediatric nurse practitioner with experience dating to 2009 in primary care, pediatric gastroenterology, labor and delivery, pediatric intensive care, and neonatal intensive care.

PCC provides care for children from birth through age 18. Services include sick visits, well-child visits, newborn care, school and sports physicals, and rapid PCR testing for strep, influenza, COVID-19, and RSV. In-house testing is also available for A1C, hemoglobin, lead, urinalysis, urine drug screening, and pregnancy. Osborne is an ANCC board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and is CPR- and PALS-certified.

Patients can use the secure online portal to view health records and test results, exchange messages, book appointments, and access reminders and statements. The practice also offers the healow smartphone app for managing family health information.
