CBC Prototipo is an independent tutoring initiative preparing a support program for students taking courses in the University of Buenos Aires’ Common Basic Cycle (CBC). It currently focuses on mathematics, offering live classes in small groups where students can bring questions, exercises, and their own approaches to problem-solving. Sessions emphasize understanding concepts and working through each step, with a shared digital whiteboard and time for questions.

Students begin by identifying their subject and course code, then discuss their topics and goals with the team. The organizers coordinate groups, schedules, and objectives through WhatsApp; students choose whether to send any message. The proposed weekly pass costs ARS 7,500 and covers all subjects, with 55-minute sessions planned Monday through Friday at 07:00 and 22:00 Argentina time. The site lists seven mathematics-related CBC courses, including mathematics, algebra, and mathematical analysis. Physics, biophysics, and chemistry are planned for later stages, but enrollment for those areas is not yet open. The initiative states that it is independent of the UBA.
