About CBM Italia
CBM Italia Onlus is a charitable organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of blindness and other disabilities in the countries of the Global South. We also work towards the inclusion of people with disabilities in Italy. With 43 projects on the ground in 11 countries, we have a wide reach and have already impacted over 976,000 individuals in 2022.
In the Global South, where over 1 billion people with disabilities reside, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and disability by focusing on health, education, and independent living. In Italy, we promote the inclusion of people with disabilities through various projects that address their rights to health, education, and independent living.
