CBS ArcSafe is an electrical safety brand focused on helping protect personnel during circuit breaker and switchgear operations. Its remote operating systems allow technicians to rack, install, or remove low- and medium-voltage draw-out circuit breakers while standing outside the arc-flash boundary, reducing exposure to electrical hazards and the need for full-body arc-flash suits. The company offers rotary and extractor remote racking systems, handheld powered devices, and portable, apparatus-specific tools operated by hand control or, on selected models, by radio remote.
