Onebright

Onebright is a UK mental health technology company that provides evidence-based support through a network of clinical professionals and digital services. Formerly known as CBT Clinics, the organisation changed its name in May 2021 and migrated cbtclinics.co.uk to Onebright.com. It says it supports more than 40,000 people a year and remains committed to clinical excellence.

Onebright offers therapy for adults and children, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, counselling and psychotherapy. Its BABCP-accredited CBT therapists provide face-to-face sessions at clinics across London and the UK, as well as online therapy accessible from anywhere in the country. CBT may help people manage unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and the service supports clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The company also provides psychiatric and neurodevelopmental services, including assessments, and works with employers, partners, insurers and healthcare professionals. People can explore its clinician network and book therapy through Onebright.
