CC-baseball

CC Baseball is a baseball training and team organization founded by Eric Egmer in 2012. With locations in Vernon Hills and Grayslake, Illinois, it serves players of different ages and skill levels through structured instruction and competitive team opportunities. The organization focuses on teaching fundamental, repeatable techniques and building consistency, game awareness, confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork.

Its services include one-on-one lessons in hitting, catching, fielding, and pitching, as well as sport conditioning, group lessons, hitting and fielding clinics, and team practices. Training is designed for a range of goals, from improving in house league play or preparing for travel and high school teams to pursuing collegiate or professional baseball. CC Baseball emphasizes personalized coaching, purposeful practice, clear feedback, and long-term player development rather than quick fixes.

The Grayslake facility includes 16.5-foot ceilings, two batting cages measuring 15 by 55 feet, and a designated pitching area. CC Baseball also holds team tryouts and offers youth programs, with tryout evaluations covering running, hitting, fielding, pitching, and overall baseball awareness.
