CCACAR is an online vehicle marketplace focused on salvage, damaged, and used vehicles, connecting suppliers with prospective buyers across the United States. Its searchable inventory includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and SUVs, with listings that may include salvage or clear titles. Visitors can browse by vehicle type, make, year, price, and odometer reading, and explore featured vehicles and automotive buying advice.

The platform also offers tools to support transactions between buyers and sellers. Users can contact one another through a secured messaging system, while CCACAR describes verified online transactions with protection of up to $100,000. It offers assistance with sales paperwork, including bills of sale and title transfers, and promotes a streamlined process for selling a car. Listings are described as free, with a $99 charge when a vehicle sells; the site also states that it does not charge fees for registration or platform use. CCACAR says it is not directly involved in vehicle sales and aims to provide a convenient, efficient trading platform.
