The Center for Contemporary Arts (CCA) of Santa Fe celebrates creativity across the arts, humanities, and sciences, offering transformative experiences that ignite minds and connect people. As one of the oldest artist-centered organizations in the American Southwest, CCA has been a staple of the Santa Fe arts and culture scene for over forty years. With more than 65,000 visitors annually, CCA showcases independent films, exhibitions, performances, and education/public programs.

In 2018, CCA assumed operations of The Screen, a cinematheque located on the former campus of the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, providing a cultural gem open to the public. CCA's Youth Partners Program offers free family events for all of Santa Fe, including the Midtown and Southside communities. Despite recent challenges, such as the closure during the COVID-19 pandemic and declining attendance trends, CCA has had notable successes, including securing grants from prestigious foundations and recognition for its exhibitions.
