The Colorado Council of Black Nurses, Inc. (CCBN) is a Colorado-based organization advancing the nursing profession and promoting equitable, culturally competent health care. For 50 years, it has worked collaboratively to address health care and health status disparities, support professional nursing, and contribute to improvements in health initiatives, policies, standards, and nursing education.
CCBN supports the next generation of nurses through scholarships, student membership, and events that recognize emerging scholars and nurses. It invites people of all backgrounds to join or support its mission, emphasizing a shared commitment to equitable health care for all.
