About CCC Chile
CCC Chile, the Centro de Conservación Cetacea, is a non-profit organization founded in 2001 by a group of passionate individuals with a desire to explore and protect whales and dolphins in Chile. Today, they work collaboratively with hundreds of national and international organizations to make this dream a reality. CCC Chile focuses on various projects aimed at conserving cetacean species and their marine ecosystems.
They strive to prevent the extinction of the Chilean Francas and also study the largest population of southern hemisphere blue whales. Their campaigns aim to promote active and informed participation, as well as cooperation between organizations and individuals to find solutions to the growing threats faced by cetaceans. In addition, CCC Chile provides a wide range of informative documents organized into different categories.
You can also contribute to their conservation efforts by making a donation. With your help, CCC Chile can continue their independent work towards the conservation of cetacean species and their habitats. Discover the incredible diversity of cetacean species in Chile, with over 87 species recorded in Chilean waters.
From the acrobatic Spinner Dolphin to the majestic Orca, these beings are an integral part of our marine ecosystem. Join CCC Chile in their mission to protect and conserve these magnificent creatures
