About CCHL
The CCHL Circle is a unique online community that connects and empowers members of the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL). With a focus on leadership development, the CCHL Circle offers a range of on-demand, contextualized online resources and opportunities for its members. One of its key features is the overhauled mentorship program, providing valuable guidance and support to health leaders.
CCHL Members can access foundational leadership development services for free, while those with the CHE or Fellowship designations enjoy additional advanced leadership development opportunities. Subscriptions are available for individuals who want to access these advanced programs. The Circle also serves as a virtual platform for health leaders to connect with colleagues in similar roles across Canada.
In addition to the comprehensive leadership development services, the CCHL Circle offers discussion forums, webinars, and career support resources. The platform aims to foster collaboration, learning, and networking, empowering health leaders to excel in their roles and make a positive impact in the healthcare community
