Prosper Sports Group (PSG) is a hockey advisory and player development organization that helps athletes and their families navigate the path from amateur hockey toward junior, college, and professional opportunities. Its advisory team offers personalized guidance informed by firsthand experience and knowledge of the sport, supporting players pursuing goals in AAA, prep school, U.S. or Canadian junior hockey, NCAA or CIS college hockey, and the professional leagues.

PSG also operates PSG Selects, a spring and summer program open to eligible players, including those who are not advisory clients. Designed for AAA, prep school, and junior-level athletes, the program brings players and coaches together for elite showcases and tournaments. Participants can develop their skills, compete alongside high-level players, and present their abilities to coaches and scouts. PSG Selects events may attract representatives from organizations and leagues including the CHL, USHL, NAHL, NCDC, CJHL, NCAA, CIS, and NHL. Through its advisory services and team program, PSG aims to support player development and help athletes pursue their hockey ambitions.
