Oblastní spolek ČČK Liberec

The Liberec Regional Association of the Czech Red Cross is a local humanitarian organization dedicated to helping people and strengthening community preparedness. With a history of a century of service, it provides practical support, health services and opportunities for public involvement across Liberec and the surrounding area.

Its services include public first-aid courses, workplace training and medical supervision at sporting, cultural and social events. The association also arranges ambulance transport by request and rents mobility and care aids to help people look after someone who is ill. Children can join interest clubs focused on first aid and general development, while event organizers can book an information and outreach booth.

The organization supports blood donation through donor recruitment and recognition, and operates a clothing centre providing garments to people in need. Its emergency preparedness work offers humanitarian, medical and psychosocial assistance during exceptional events. Through its street medicine programme, it provides basic medical care to people experiencing homelessness. The association also invites volunteers to join its work and help others.
