About Center for Civil Liberties
The Center for Civil Liberties (CCL) is a leading actor in Ukraine, influencing public opinion and state policy formation. Established in 2007, CCL is dedicated to promoting human rights values and advocating for justice, democracy, and solidarity in Ukraine and the OSCE region. The organization actively participates in international networks and solidarity actions to advance human rights.
CCL offers various programs and initiatives that contribute to its mission, including Prisoner's Voice, OZON, the Kyiv School of Human Rights and Democracy, EuroMaidan SOS, and the Probono. help Information Hub. Notably, CCL was the first human rights organization in the world to send mobile teams to document war crimes in Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.
