Additionally, the center provides legal advice on rights, deadlines, and resolution procedures through their team of labor defense attorneys. The process can last a maximum of 45 days, and initiating conciliation is mandatory in most cases. However, certain conflicts like discrimination, social security benefits, and fundamental labor rights may skip this phase.
