Club de compétition Mont-Blanc is a youth alpine ski racing club serving athletes and families from the greater Montreal, Ottawa, Gatineau, and Laurentians regions. Its mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and creative sporting environment where young people can develop their skills and potential in competitive skiing. The club brings together approximately 150 athletes aged 5 to 17 and a team of qualified, experienced coaches.

Its programs are adapted to athletes’ performance levels and goals, with an emphasis on developing versatile, thoughtful skiers, teamwork, independence, resilience, and confidence under pressure. The club also stresses respect, commitment, and perseverance, while encouraging athletes to keep skiing enjoyable. Alongside its training activities, Mont-Blanc invites participants to try a slalom course at Versant Blanc, with equipment requirements including a helmet, poles, and skis. The club also organizes fundraising initiatives, such as a virtual auction to support its athletes, and provides information about safety and reporting concerns in sport.
