The Citizen Congress Watch (公民監督國會聯盟) is a non-profit organization established in 2007, dedicated to promoting transparency and accountability in Taiwan's legislative processes. With a mission to monitor Congress and eliminate ineffective lawmakers, the organization conducts evaluations of legislators, advocating for a shift from part-time to full-time roles in the Legislative Yuan.

The organization plays a crucial role in supervising significant functions, including legislative approval of budgets and personnel agreements for independent agencies, impacting national development and safeguarding public interests. Citizen Congress Watch is also heavily engaged in civic education, developing educational tools such as board games to enhance civic literacy among younger generations.

In collaboration with local councils, they have formed the National Council Oversight Alliance to advance legislative transparency initiatives. Furthermore, they actively participate in international exchanges to promote Taiwan's democratic achievements globally. By fostering an ideal legislative environment characterized by civility, transparency, and effectiveness, Citizen Congress Watch invites individuals to join them in their mission.
