CDAAJ, or the Consejo de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Agroindustrial de Jalisco, is a voluntary affiliation organization founded in July 2020, representing over 100 members from the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors of Jalisco. The council advocates for the interests of producers, including those in agriculture, livestock, dairy, poultry, pork, and fishing, serving as a key voice for over 80% of the region's leading producers.

As a civil organization affiliated with the National Agricultural Council (CNA), CDAAJ works to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of its members within a market economy. The organization focuses on vital areas such as sanitary measures, water management, agricultural innovation, and access to markets for exports.

CDAAJ is committed to building strong relationships with state and national chambers, and governmental bodies, and encourages anyone in the agro-industrial chain—including producers and service providers—to affiliate and contribute to the transformation of Jalisco's agricultural landscape. With a mission to support growth and sustainable practices, CDAAJ is poised to lead the charge in Jalisco's agroindustrial development.
