CDCE is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Bethlehem, founded in 2010. With licenses from the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Education, the organization offers vocational training and cultural programs. CDCE operates on the values of diversity, equality, civic engagement, governance, and human rights in Palestinian society.
