CDE Fresnos

CDE Fresnos is a judo club founded in 2012 to serve residents of the Fresnos neighborhood in Torrejón de Ardoz and nearby areas. Based at Gimnasio Fresnos, the club offers classes for young children, juniors, and adults, welcoming participants interested in recreational practice as well as competition. Its programs present judo as a sport that supports physical development, health, respect, discipline, self-esteem, friendship, and personal education.

The weekly timetable includes age-group classes from Monday to Thursday, adult sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, and Friday technical training. The club also prepares students for grade examinations, including Dan levels, and has provided judo instruction in schools. For competitors, CDE Fresnos has developed teams for regional and national leagues, with athletes taking part in national and international competitions.

The club reports training more than 150 students, developing them both as judokas and as people. Monthly fees listed are €32 for children and juniors and €36 for adults. CDE Fresnos is located at C/ Tres de Abril, 1, in Torrejón de Ardoz.
