CDL Transportation Group

CDL Transportation Group is a driver-recruitment service connecting experienced CDL-A over-the-road drivers with trucking carriers. Operating as a DBA of Benux Corp, the company says its service is free for drivers and that it works with a vetted network of leading carriers. Its placement process starts with a short application, followed by personalized matching based on a driver’s preferred pay, routes, and home time. The team also coordinates paperwork and onboarding, with placement often targeted within 48 hours.

The company recruits for solo and team opportunities and highlights options such as regional and OTR routes, flatbed and tanker work, pet- and rider-friendly policies, and no forced dispatch. It offers ongoing driver support after placement and a carrier lookup and reporting feature to help drivers review or report company concerns. Additional resources include an earnings calculator, trucking articles and carrier reports, a $500 referral bonus, 1099 tax assistance, personalized fitness and nutrition plans, and information about covered orientation travel.
