CDN Europe is a Russian content delivery network project being developed to accelerate websites, media and APIs for audiences in Europe and worldwide. Its network uses edge nodes and caching to bring static content, media and typical API responses closer to users, helping reduce origin-server load and support predictable latency. The company describes its focus as stability, transparent service-level agreements and international reach, with infrastructure planned across European data centres and routes connecting audiences beyond the EU.

The planned public service offering includes web acceleration features such as compression, HTTP/2, HTML and static-file caching, and protection for origin servers during traffic peaks. Media delivery is intended to support streaming and progressive distribution, while API tools are planned for cache management, metrics and integration with customer workflows. The service is aimed at businesses and media organizations, including portals, streaming services, applications and B2B integrations.

CDN Europe is currently in a limited, invitation-only beta with selected partners.
