Recognizing the importance of CDR processes, the IBA and VIAC have joined forces to launch the first global student competition in Consensual Dispute Resolution: The IBA-VIAC Mediation and Negotiation Competition.
Our mission is to create a long-term platform that connects current and future consensual dispute resolution experts. We aim to promote and develop negotiation and mediation in business and commerce, facilitate intellectual exchange, and provide a unique forum for best practices and new techniques.
