CDWS (Cloud Data Workspace) is a cloud storage and data management service designed for businesses that need a secure, organized way to manage files and collaborate with customers, teams, and selected partners. It brings document storage, file sharing, access controls, and audit logs together in a single online workspace.

The service supports contracts, technical files, reports, backups, exports, and other project materials, which can be organized by project, customer, or department. Users can create temporary sharing links, set permissions for workspaces, folders, and customer accounts, and track uploads, file exchanges, and access activity. A customer portal provides browser-based access to assigned files and shared workspaces.

CDWS also offers workspace status and activity views, including updates, synchronization information, security events, and audit history. Its stated security features include encrypted connections using TLS 1.2 or higher, ongoing monitoring, and controlled access for authorized users. Support covers account access and permissions, with service information and recovery processes available through the portal.
