About CECBG
Welcome to Christ Episcopal Church of Bowling Green, Kentucky – a vibrant and inclusive community of Christ's servants. Our mission is threefold: to worship God with joy and wonder, to learn and grow together, and to radiate God's love to all. Join us for our worship services, which are held in person as well as livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.
On Sundays, we offer Holy Eucharist Rite One Service at 8:00 am and Holy Eucharist Rite Two Service at 10:00 am. We also have a midweek service on Wednesdays with Morning Prayer at 7:00 am and Holy Eucharist with Healing Prayers at 12:00 pm. Beyond worship, we offer various opportunities for faith formation and spiritual growth.
Our programs include children's faith formation, Sunday school activities, youth ministry, Episcopal campus ministry, adult formation, and more. We also have ministries focused on outreach, including Stephen Ministry, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Ministry, and Room In The Inn. Located at 1215 State Street, our church welcomes both visitors and long-time members alike.
