CE.D provides hiring technology for European hauliers and logistics operators, helping them screen driver and warehouse applicants more quickly while keeping recruitment decisions in human hands. Its WhatsApp-based Screener contacts applicants within minutes, conducts conversations in more than 14 languages, and gathers structured information tailored to each vacancy. For drivers, it checks licence categories, experience, Driver CPC validity, tachograph cards, permits, and other relevant qualifications. For warehouse and yard roles, it can ask about forklift or reach-truck tickets and shift availability.

Applicants can respond in a familiar messaging format without installing an app or completing a lengthy form. The system can follow up with candidates who have not replied and support first responses and interview scheduling. CE.D does not replace a company’s job advertising: employers continue using their existing channels and provide the role requirements.
