At Cedar Grove Nursery

Cedar Grove Greenhouse, Nursery & Farm is a family-owned business serving Santa Fe and Stanley, New Mexico. For 20 years, the Daeschel family has grown and supplied plants locally, building on founder Joel Daeschel’s experience in retail cultivation and a family tradition that now spans three generations. Based in Stanley, the nursery raises plants suited to local growing conditions and distributes them to customers through area farmers’ markets and its nursery.

Cedar Grove offers annuals, perennials, herbs, flowers, fruits, vegetables, and garden plants, including color plants, hanging baskets, and pots. Customers can also request special orders for particular varieties, subject to seed availability, order size, and timing. Its plants serve a range of needs, from landscaping a home to finding a distinctive accent for a garden. Cedar Grove emphasizes healthy, locally grown, climate-appropriate plants and shares seasonal growing information through its news articles. Customers can find the business at farmers’ markets in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Eldorado, or contact the nursery by phone for customer service and special-order inquiries.
