Cedar Lane Designs Ltd. is an owner-led residential and commercial construction company serving Nova Scotia. Its two owners bring complementary experience in hands-on carpentry and concrete work, home building, interior design, project management and construction coordination. By staying directly involved in planning and on-site work, they keep the client experience, project scope and construction connected.

The company builds custom homes, garages and accessory dwelling units, and undertakes home additions and renovations, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Its exterior work includes decks, concrete pads, walkways and steps. Cedar Lane also works as a trade partner for builders, general contractors and public organizations, providing carpentry, concrete, flooring, tile and trim, as well as site support, deficiency work and closeout.

Projects are planned around each property, client’s needs and the practical considerations of construction. Cedar Lane’s core service areas are HRM, the South Shore, the Annapolis Valley and Truro, with travel elsewhere in Atlantic Canada considered for suitable projects.
