Northwest Select Cedar is a mill-direct supplier specializing in premium, appearance-grade softwood lumber for luxury custom homes and commercial projects. The company works with architects, custom home builders, and homeowners seeking carefully selected materials, consistent grain, precise milling, and a refined finish. Its lumber is intended for visible architectural applications rather than commodity construction.

Products include Western Red Cedar, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Redwood, and Red and Yellow Balau. These species are offered for uses such as siding, soffits, ceilings, wall paneling, beams, saunas, decking, and other interior and exterior details. The range accommodates different design and performance needs, from cedar’s natural moisture resistance to Douglas Fir’s strength and prominent grain, and Hemlock’s clean, uniform appearance.

Northwest Select provides lumber supply for architects and builders, along with product guidance, project quotes, lumber calculators, and educational guides. Its focus is on helping customers select materials suited to their project’s appearance, application, and environmental demands, including coastal and high-moisture settings.
