CEDER is a renowned Non-Governmental Development Organization founded in 1983. With over 40 years of experience, we have dedicated ourselves to building Sustainable Human Development. Our organization focuses on three main areas: rural development initiatives, promoting decentralization and urban development, and strengthening the capacities of the population.

In the rural areas of Arequipa, Moquegua, and Puno, we support impoverished families by implementing projects in dairy, fruit, and alpaca and goat fiber production. Additionally, we prioritize food security projects and stimulate commercialization efforts. CEDER is also actively involved in regional and macro-regional discussions to address the current realities in the region and the country as a whole.

We foster collaborations among public, private, and civil society actors to create a common development agenda. Furthermore, our organization extends its impact to population and development, focusing on improving education and enhancing individuals' capabilities for a better quality of life.
