CEERT (Centro de Estudos das Relações de Trabalho e Desigualdades) is a non-profit organization that has been advocating for the rights of the black population, especially black youth and women, since 1990. They develop and implement programs to promote racial and gender equity in both public and private institutions. Their work spans across various areas including work, education, racial justice, and youth empowerment.

With over 30 years of experience, CEERT has already made a significant impact on millions of lives. They have benefited workers by implementing actions for racial and gender equity in the workplace, as well as influencing public policies. In education, they have trained educators and managers in 1,146 municipalities across all regions of the country, promoting the implementation of the National Education Law altered by Law 10.

Additionally, CEERT has played a crucial role in the field of justice, training legal professionals and students and achieving judicial precedents that benefit the black population and the entire Brazilian society.
