CEE Startup Network

CEE Startup Network is a cross-border platform supporting early-stage startups across Central and Eastern Europe, particularly those outside major innovation hubs. It connects founders with investors, experts, and access to markets across partner regions, helping promising businesses build visibility and develop beyond their local ecosystems. The network works across universities, government, corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises, bringing different parts of the startup community together.

Its flagship initiative, the CEE Startup Voucher, offers eligible startups the opportunity to receive non-dilutive funding of up to €20,000, along with expert connections across three partner regions. The network also runs thematic accelerator programs, including initiatives focused on the environment and health, and supports open innovation by connecting corporate challenges with startup solutions. Events, including annual finals held in cities across the region, give founders opportunities to present their work and gain feedback. CEE Startup Network emphasizes accessible support, with no equity or co-financing requirements for its featured voucher program. It is operated by MSIC and INOVIA.
