The Cambodian Education Forum (CEF) is a platform founded by a group of emerging Cambodian researchers, with the aim of promoting education research and publication in Cambodia. The team, consisting of Kimkong Heng, Sopheap Kaing, Vutha Ros, and Koemhong Sol, is dedicated to providing a space for researchers, educators, teachers, students, and administrators to express their views and share their research findings on education-related topics. While the focus is on education in Cambodia, CEF also welcomes research articles from other countries in the region and beyond.

CEF aims to support novice writers through a quality peer review process and offers various resources to students, teachers, academics, and researchers. The platform, still under development, aspires to make a positive impact on Cambodia's education sector and research culture. The Cambodian Journal of Educational Research (CJER), managed by CEF, publishes original manuscripts in the field of education, providing a valuable resource for Cambodian and international readership.
