CEFIBU

Cefibu is a Danish team of authorized child psychologists specializing in gifted children and young people, and the families and professionals who support them. With more than 20 years of experience and clinics in Birkerød, Hillerød, Jelling, Vejle and Holstebro, the practice helps families understand children’s abilities, challenges and individual needs.

Its services include intelligence assessments for children aged 3–7 using WPPSI and for ages 6–16 using WISC-V, as well as screening when ADHD or autism may also be relevant. Cefibu provides parent guidance, conversations with children and young people, play therapy and self-understanding programmes. Assessments can produce tailored learning profiles and practical recommendations for home, childcare settings and schools.

The practice also advises educators and other professionals, offers talks about giftedness, and provides online courses and courses for schools. Cefibu supports families concerned about school difficulties, boredom, emotional intensity or possible double exceptionality, with the aim of helping them better understand and support each child.
