CEI Caritas Felices I y II

CEI Caritas Felices is an early childhood education centre in El Ejido, Almería, Spain, operating as Caritas Felices I and II. The centres are affiliated with the Junta de Andalucía and provide an educational environment guided by Montessori methodology. Their approach places the child at the centre of learning, encouraging independence, self-esteem and confidence while respecting each child’s individuality. The educational team aims to offer caring, respectful support, and the centre highlights its spacious facilities as part of its learning environment.

Partnership with families is an important part of the educational project. The centres encourage dialogue and family involvement in educational activities, while offering flexible opening hours to support family life. Their programme also gives particular attention to healthy habits through a “Healthy Lifestyle” initiative. The centre says it avoids processed and sweetened foods and makes fruit and physical activity a regular part of children’s daily routine. CEI Caritas Felices is open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
