About CEIDSS
CEIDSS, or Centre for Studies and Research in Social Dynamics and Health, is a non-profit research organization based in Lisbon, Portugal. Their main focus is on health promotion and addressing the social determinants of health to reduce health inequalities. They aim to improve the health status of the population by conducting innovative intervention research, particularly in the areas of nutrition and health education.
CEIDSS offers a range of projects and initiatives to achieve their mission. Their ongoing projects include COSI Portugal and COSI Europe, which monitor the prevalence of child malnutrition, and MUN-SI, a community intervention program promoting healthier eating habits and lifestyles.
