The Centrum Edukacji i Inicjatyw Kulturalnych w Olsztynie (CEiIK) is a cultural and educational institution serving Olsztyn and the Warmia and Masuria region. It brings audiences together through a varied programme of performances, concerts, film screenings, festivals, conferences, exhibitions and public events. Events take place at venues including the Anna Wasilewska Auditorium and the Parkowa Hall, with information and a reservation form available through the centre’s website.

CEiIK also develops projects that promote regional culture, history and knowledge. Its online resources include the “Jaka kultura?” research portal, the Warmia and Masuria Encyclopedia and Culture Lexicon, the Atlas of Extraordinary Places, and materials about Copernicus in Warmia and the region’s last Warmians and Masurians. The centre presents initiatives such as the Architectural Landscape Biennale and “Śpiewajmy Poezję,” and supports film production through the Warmia-Masuria Film Fund. Its website offers event listings, an archive, streaming and information about the institution’s history and projects. Through these activities, CEiIK supports cultural participation and regional heritage.
