Ceina

Ceina is a training and education organisation based in Igualada, Barcelona, managing educational projects since 1988. It designs, promotes and delivers learning programmes across sectors and throughout Catalonia, with a focus on people’s needs and lifelong learning. Its services include vocational training for unemployed people, continuous training for workers, and subsidised training for businesses. Ceina also develops tailored training plans, provides sociocultural and leisure education, and manages sociocultural facilities in collaboration with public administrations and social organisations.

To support learners beyond the classroom, Ceina offers career guidance and placement services, a job bank, online learning resources, live classes and a virtual examination platform. It provides official certification through programmes run by public administrations and manufacturers, and offers training facilities for rental. The organisation also supports companies with training planning as a FUNDAE organising entity, a role it has held since 2004. Ceina’s website reports more than 2,180 training activities in 2025, delivered with over 250 professionals across more than 68 centres in Catalonia.
