Celeste Du Toit

Celeste Du Toit – Live In Truth is the practice of Celeste Du Toit, a somatic coach and restorative bodywork practitioner based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Through her work, she supports women navigating burnout, overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions, helping them reconnect with their bodies and build greater clarity, steadiness, and resilience. The practice is named Raphah, a Hebrew word associated with loosening, softening, and letting go, reflecting its focus on moving beyond survival patterns and constant striving.

Services include somatic coaching for stress regulation, self-awareness, and personal alignment; restorative bodywork and flow-based sessions to address tension and support embodied presence; and talks, workshops, and facilitation on change, overwhelm, resilience, and embodied leadership. Celeste also offers immersive retreats and experiences that combine coaching, bodywork, and reflective practice. Sessions are available in person and, where appropriate, online, with support for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. The approach is practical, invitational, and trauma-informed, integrating body-based restoration with coaching to help clients recognise patterns and make meaningful changes.
